Everyday I run on the beach and no longer can I step over the pounds of micro and macro plastic that litters our world. That we litter upon our world. My workout now consists of many squats and bicep curls of heavy loads of trash while running. Ideally the first step is not using plastic whatsoever, step 2 could be dramatic recycling and step 3: make art or use of what’s left over.
